Paoch

Changing the way consumers engage with brands.

Background

Brands are always looking to engage with consumers. Traditionally, this is done using direct channels like mail, email, and native apps. Platforms like digital media and super apps act as a bridge between brands and customers too. But what if brands can go direct and own the customer relationship?

This is where PAOCH comes in as a Web3.0 consumer engagement platform. PAOCH is better than existing Web2.0 tools because it involves high engagement between the brand and customer, enables broad distribution, and allows ownership of the customer relationship.

PAOCH wraps blockchain-based assets (representing peer-to-peer relationships between consumers and brands) with great UX applications & easy-to-use tools.

This was the pitch and the Waves team was engaged to make PAOCH – a Web3.0 platform – easy, usable, and not intimidating.

Design Process

We took note of the mobile app features and started the design process by thinking about the navigation diagram and user flow diagram. This is an important step for us because we want to make sure that the navigation, a key part of user experience, is intuitive and nothing was missed.

We then translated our research into high-fidelity prototypes within less than a month. During this time, branding was done by Monumento Co. When the brand identity was confirmed, we supported PAOCH by implementing a design system within Figma that was inline with the new branding.
